- Our system delivers a predictable 25+ leads a month. That is the minimum volume we work with.
- If you can't work through that volume fast, you burn leads you paid for. A lead left sitting costs more than no lead at all.
- Capacity means someone calls every lead within the first hour and follows up in a structured way. Not “sometime, when there's a free minute.”
- Before we start, we check honestly whether your business can handle that volume. If it can't, we're not a fit yet.
More leads only pay off if you can actually work them. A system that reliably delivers 25+ leads a month only shows its value when someone in your business is ready to pick them up. Otherwise you pay for opportunities that go nowhere.
1. Why 25+
25+ leads a month is our minimum volume, for two reasons. First, a campaign system needs a certain volume to run reliably and to be optimized. Second, the effort only pays off for both sides at that scale. Anything less wouldn't be good business for anyone.
Leads nobody picks up cost more than no leads at all.
2. What capacity really means
Capacity is more than a number in your calendar. In practice, it means:
- Reachability: Every new lead gets seen fast, ideally as a notification on your phone, not as an email for the evening.
- Speed: First contact happens within the first hour whenever possible. Why that decides the deal is covered in The 1-hour rule.
- Persistence: If nobody picks up on the first try, you follow up in a structured way. Many deals only happen on the second or third contact.
3. The honest self-check
Before you start, ask yourself honestly: Who takes new leads in our business? Can that person (or a clear backup) be reached fast enough? Can we really handle 25 extra conversations a month without any slipping through the cracks?
If the answer is “not yet,” that doesn't rule you out for good. But it is a reason to build the capacity first. That is exactly what we clarify before every engagement, because a full stream of leads that nobody works doesn't work for either side.
