- We work with exactly one business per region and service category. Not the one that pays the most, but the one that gets there first and is a fit.
- Once a territory is taken, it's locked. We no longer accept direct competitors from the same region and service.
- That's why businesses apply to us, not the other way around. The first step is always checking whether the region is still available.
- Exclusivity is why every lead belongs to you alone. It doesn't go out in parallel to four other businesses in the same town.
For us, exclusivity isn't a sales pitch — it's a rule of the math: one market, one business. As soon as we work with a business for a region and a service, that territory is closed to its direct competitors. That's the core of the model — and the reason the leads are worth something.
1. What "locking a region" actually means
We define a territory and a service category — for example, a city and its surrounding area for a specific trade. For that combination, we have exactly one partner business. Every lead our system generates there goes to that business only.
"Locked" means: as long as the partnership runs, we don't take on any direct competitor from the same territory and service. We don't build a second campaign on the side for the business next door. A territory is either available or taken — there's nothing in between.
Exclusivity isn't a sales promise. It's a rule of the math: one market, one business.
2. Why only one business per territory
If we sold the same inquiry to several businesses, we'd be just another lead portal — with all the downsides: shared contacts, a race for the same phone call, price wars. Why that eats margins in construction in particular, we've described elsewhere.
Exclusivity also has an uncomfortable side, and we stand by it: we can't take everyone. If your region is already taken, we won't work with you there as well. It's exactly this self-restraint that creates the value for the one business we do work with. That's why businesses apply to us — and we check whether it's a fit, not the other way around.
3. What this means for you
For your business, territory exclusivity means three things in practice:
- Every lead belongs to you alone. The prospect hasn't contacted three competitors at the same time — you have the conversation without a race.
- Your territory is protected from our own campaigns. We don't work there for your direct competitors as long as the partnership runs.
- Availability isn't guaranteed. Whoever comes first and is a fit locks the territory. That's why every partnership starts by checking whether your region is still available.
One important caveat: exclusivity gives you a clean starting position, but it's no guarantee of a deal. What becomes of an inquiry is still decided by your sales team — a lead is still a lead, not a closed deal. What exclusivity delivers is a fair framework: the market we work for you belongs to you for that time.
